Unit of Competency | UEENEEE127A - Use advanced computational processes to provide solutions to energy sector engineering problems |
---|---|---|---|
Description | 1) Scope:1.1) DescriptorThis unit covers the application of advanced computational processes to solve energy sector engineering problems. It encompasses working safely, applying problem solving techniques, using a range of advanced mathematical processes, providing solutions to electrical/electronics engineering problems and justifying such solutions.Note.Typical engineering problems are those encountered in meeting requirements in a design brief, meeting performance requirements and compliance standards, revising systems operating parameters and dealing with system malfunctions. | ||
Employability Skills | 5) This unit contains Employability SkillsThe required outcomes described in this unit of competency contain applicable facets of Employability Skills. The Employability Skills Summary of the qualification in which this unit of competency is packaged will assist in identifying Employability Skill requirements. | ||
Learning Outcomes and Application | 2)This unit is intended to apply to any recognised development program that leads to the acquisition of a formal award at AQF level 6. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. |
||
